Friday Feast | Rose Syrup

I created this delicious syrup several years ago after finishing the book, Oath of a Warrior. I called it, Erina's Rose Syrup, after the heroine. Ever since, I try to make a batch as soon as my red roses start to bloom in the spring. This syrup is wonderful in drinks and over ice cream (I tend to favor it with Vanilla Bean).

And speaking of Oath of a Warrior, I'm hoping to have some good news within the next month regarding the audio release. It's in production now, and Jamie Dione is doing a phenomenal job at narrating the story. So excited!
