Friday Feast | Bruschetta with Blue Cheese and Honey
Welcome back to Friday Feast in the Tavern! With the holidays behind us (though my home continues to have a few winter/holiday decorations sprinkled throughout), I'm thinking of snacks for all the upcoming football playoff games my knight enjoys. Personally, I'm too nervous to watch and would rather read a good book. And I don't want to be spending my entire day cooking. Sundays are also great to toss some items into a Crock-pot for a crowd, or just the two of us.
I've shared my passion for honey on other posts, so I'm sharing another one. This recipe requires a few simple ingredients: Honey, Blue cheese, olive oil, and a baguette. Once, I added some crushed pecans to the blue cheese. Absolutely delicious!
